The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct survey of the property situate in survey No.258/1A, Mallanampatti village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. 2.Mr.M.Gangatharan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The petitioner claims right over the subject property under sale deed dated 19.11.2024. The patta for the subject property was also issued in the name of petitioner in patta No. 2770. He submitted an application on 27.06.2025 in application No. 2025-0123/13013439 seeking survey of the subject property but the same has not been considered. Hence the petitioner has come before this Court. 2/5

4.The learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for respondents would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with. 5.In the view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.

6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
