This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to take action on the Petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2022. 1/3

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents submits that based on the complaint of the Petitioner, the second Respondent had issued summons to the Petitioner as well as her father. Her father appeared, but the Petitioner did not appear for enquiry. In the enquiry conducted by the second Respondent, the father of the Petitioner herein had given an undertaking that he will not disturb the peace of the Petitioner. Therefore, the enquiry was closed. A copy of the same is also furnished by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to this Court.

3.Based on the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Petition stands closed. No costs.
