The petitioner is an Advocate by profession. He claims that he has studied Law Course in Government Law College, Madurai through Tamil Medium. He has approached the respondents 3 to 5 seeking certificate of Persons Studied in Tamil Medium[PSTM], for applying Civil Judges posts and filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the 2/5
respondents to provide his PSTM certificate within a time frame enabling him to participate in the examination for Civil Judges posts.
2.There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.The Principal of the Government Law College, Madurai has filed a counter affidavit stating that the petitioner has not pursued his 5 years Law Course in Tamil and therefore, the petitioner is not entitled for PSTM certificate.
4.Recording the above, this writ petition is closed.
No costs.
Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
