[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to follow the non-approval order passed by the first respondent bearing Na.Ka.KV3/001/2018, dated 26.04.2018, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.05.2018.
2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the lease period for mining gravel sand by the fourth respondent had already been expired and therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
