ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12.07.2025.
2. The petitioner claims to be a member of the fourth respondent Rifle Club Association.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent submit the the said rifle club had become defunct, since it is dis-functional in terms of 44(4) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the President of the third respondent Shooting Association is the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City. It is submitted that since there has been several misdeeds committed by the office bearers of the society, the action should be taken by the respondents 2 and 3.

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the first respondent and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the second respondent , I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition after dispensing with notice to the respondents 3 to 6 as no adverse orders are proposed to be passed against them.

It is suffice to state that the third respondent society, of which the Commissioner of Police, Madurai City, is the President, shall consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 12.07.2025, after due notice to all the concerned parties, who may be affected by the decision to be taken by the third respondent. Based on the decision of the third respondent, further orders shall be passed by the second respondent.
7. Mr.S.Thirunavukarsasu claims to be the member of the fourth respondent association. It is open for the fourth respondent to appear before the third respondent on the dates to be notified by the third respondent. Mr.S.Thirunavukarasu may also be heard before order was passed by the third respondent.
8. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
