This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner as against the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, in I.A.No.145 of 2018 in I.A.No.333 of 2017 in O.S.No.91 of 2017, dated 24.04.2018.

2.When the revision petition is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel on either side submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and the suit itself has been disposed of on 27.07.2018.
