ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.V.Sasi Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru.K.Sanjay Gandhi, Government Advocate for the respondents one and two, this Court made the following order: "This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.385 of 2021, dated 07.10.2021.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court from 13.10.2021 onwards, ie. for the past 29 days and the condition imposed on the co-accused was already modified and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
