This Writ Petition is filed as against the order of the third respondent dated 16.09.2014 and for a consequential direction to register the petitioner's document in respect of S.F.No.1054/C1C at Panchamadevi Village, Karur Taluk and District.

2. When this petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submit that the document referred above has already been registered and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned counsels, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
