C.M.P.(MD) Nos.9313, 9316 and 9318 of 2021 in C.R.P.(MD)No.1657 of 2019 K.MURALI SHANKAR,J.

The above applications have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 271 days in filing the petition for setting aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent and (iii) to bring on record the proposed respondents 23 to 26 herein as legal representatives of the deceased first respondent and rank them as respondents 23 to 26 in the above revision.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 to 5 and 23 to 26.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents would submit that they are not having any objection to allow these petitions.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the proposed respondents, these petitions are ordered and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main revision and post the same on 05.02.2024.
