Alleging that the order of this court dated 20.12.2022 has not been complied with, the petitioner is before this court with this contempt petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent would submit that against the order of this Court, writ appeal has been filed, wherein, stay has been granted on 19.03.2025 staying the operation of the order dated 20.12.2022.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate that the order of this Court was stayed in writ appeal, this Contempt Petition is closed.
