JUDGMENT

This appeal is pending from the year 2015 and was admitted on 19.11.2015. The case was listed for arguments on 03.12.2021, 06.01.2022, 10.02.2022, 17.02.2022 and 02.03.2022. The appellant was not ready for arguments on all those hearing dates. On 02.03.2022, the case was adjourned to 22.03.2022 under the caption 'for arguments or for orders'.
