RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3409 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.20475 of 2022 dated 28.02.2023 the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month on 1st Saturday of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders.

Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SUSI KUMAR.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3409 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20475 of 2022 on 28.02.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3409 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.20475 of 2022 on 28.02.2023 is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 11/08/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
