ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 506 (ii) and 379 IPC, in Cr.No. 243 of 2024, seeks anticipatory bail. 1/3

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused abused the brother of the defacto complainant in filthy language and threatened him with dire consequences and also assaulted him with hands and beer bottle and caused injury. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the nature of injuries on the victim and considering the fact that there are five previous cases against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5.Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed.
