[Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] Heard Mr.N.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.T.Amjad Khan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 and Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabakar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the fourth respondent.

2. The Writ Petition is filed to restrain the respondents from constructing Jio tower work in Survey No.104A/4A at Nagamalai Puthukottai.

3. It is submitted that the tower has already been constructed in the year 2019.

4. The learned Government Advocate submits that approval is also granted by the Collector on 10.06.2023.

5. The Writ Petition, as such, stands dismissed. No costs. [S.V.G., C.J.] [G.I., J.] 26.02.2024 Index : Yes / No RM
