ORDER

The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to determine the regularization fee and development charges for the plots in Plot Nos.10 to 16 for the layout sketch in Ma.Va/

ThuMaA(Varanmurai)No.14/2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2025 within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The petitioner, who is the promoter of a layout of the land in Survey Nos.1215, 1216, 1217/1, 1218 and 1219/2 measuring a total extent of 31,767 sq.m. in Keelathiruchendur Village, Tiruchendur Taluk, Tuticorin District, has made an application for layout approval under the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 on 04.04.2025.

3. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the aforesaid representation of the petitioner will be considered and disposed of on merits.

4. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondent to consider the aforesaid representation of the petitioner for layout approval within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
