[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent and counsel for the 4th respondent state that the acquisition proceedings have been withdrawn as the respondents have found alternative place. Since this writ petition is filed challenging the acquisition and the acquisition is now withdrawn, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
