The suspension order against the petitioner is put under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of suspension passed against the petitioner herein, has been revoked on 13.10.2018, pending the writ petition.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that all the arrears due to the petitioner was also settled in his favour. Hence, nothing remains for adjudication.

4. In view of the revocation of the impugned order of suspension made on 13.10.2018, the suspension order itself has https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.16053 of 2018 become redundant. Accordingly, the Writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.(MD) No.18996 of 2018 is closed.
