This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for quashing the FIR in Crime No.351 of 2020 registered on the file of Thogamalai Police Station, Karur District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that final report was made ready on 20.09.2020. The first respondent is directed to file the report before the jurisdictional Court within ten days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Crl O.P.(MD)No.17655 of 2021 directed to take a call in the matter within two weeks thereafter.
