[Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.] The Habeas Corpus Petition is filed for a direction to the first and second respondents to produce the body or person of the petitioner's wife namely Bharathi (Detenu) aged about 33 years before this Court and set her at liberty. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.It is the case of the petitioner that he married to the missing person in the year 2012 and they blessed with two children. The third and fourth respondents are the tenants residing in his house and the respondents 3 to 6 had kidnapped the petitioner's wife to the unknown destination and robbed her jewels and cash.

Therefore, the petitioner had preferred a complaint through online on 14.07.2025 to the second respondent. Since no action was taken, the petitioner has come up with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

4.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.311 of 2025 on 12.07.2025. However, on coming to know about the registration of the case, the missing person has appeared before the respondent police. 5.Today the missing person is produced before us. We enquired the missing person, she stated that she was married to the petitioner and out of stress, she had gone out with her friend to Kerala and taking into consideration the future of her children, on her own volition she had returned back to the native place. She further stated that she is not in illegal detention of anybody and she had expressed her willingness to go along with her husband/petitioner herein.

6.Since the missing person is not in illegal detention of anybody and she had expressed her willingness to go along with her husband, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
