ORDER

Heard Mr.T.Antony Arul Raj, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.J.John Rajadurai, learned Government Advocate who took notice for the fourth respondent and Mr.P.Pandiarajan, learned counsel who took notice for the fifth respondent.

2. The petitioner had been allotted a plot in special economic zone in Nanguneri. It is informed that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the secured creditor / Nationalised Bank had auctioned the property. The petitioner has now no rights to claim title or interest over the property. The relief sought in the Writ Petition has now become infructuous.

3.This Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
