JUDGMENT

The appeal is pending from the year 2015 and posted for arguments on various dates from 07.08.2015 onwards. After 24.09.2020 onwards, the matter was listed before me on 07.02.2022, 16.02.2022 and 01.03.2022. The appellant was not ready for arguments on all the hearing dates. On 01.03.2022, the case was adjourned to 17.03.2022 under the caption 'for arguments or for orders'. 2.Today, (17.03.2022), the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready. The learned counsel for the respondent is ready for arguments. There is no use in keeping the appeal pending any further.

3.Hence this Second Appeal stands dismissed for default. No costs.
