O R D E R

The petitioner claims that he had purchased a property now in question which is situated in S.No.277 measuring 1 acre 25 cents situated at T.Karisalkulam Village, Thirupuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai District by registered sale deed dated 30.10.2020. The petitioner has made an online application for grant of transfer of patta which stands in the name of his vendor and that online application was made on 18.06.2021. The petitioner has also paid necessary fees for the same.

2. The petiitoner shall file an additional copy to the second respondent.The second respondent is directed to examine the records submitted by way of issuing notice if required to any other persons and thereafter consider the application on merits and inaccordance with law within a period of 16 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of application with the payment challan furnished to him and pass necessary orders.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
