Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 07.07.2022 in Crl.M.P. (MD).No.7725 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD).No.456 of 2021. 2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has not complied the condition before the trial Court regularly.
