ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that his complaint dated 28.01.2025 has not been addressed by the respondent Police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, on 24.07.2025, there was no representation for the petitioner and therefore, this case is listed today, under the caption "For Dismissal". Even, today, ie., 05.08.2025, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submits that the third respondent has also lodged a complaint as against the petitioner, based on which, a case in Cr.No.28 of 2024 has been registered as against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 498(A), 2/4

323, 406, 506(i) IPC and the complaint of the petitioner was closed.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed.
