ORDER

When the matter was listed on 13.09.2019, none appeared for the appellant and hence, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 19.09.2019 (today) under the caption "for dismissal". Today, though the matter was posted under the caption for dismissal, none appeared for the appellant.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent/landlord has produced the order passed by the Rent Controller, Nilakkottai in R.C.O.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2010, whereby an order of eviction has been granted. The learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions, would also submit that the appellant herein has vacated the premises even while the proceedings were pending before the Rent Controller. 3.Recording the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
