ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would seek leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to give representation to the authorities claiming stagnation increment as per G.O.Ms.No.234, Finance (Pay Cell) Department, dated 01.06.2009 and also made an endorsement to that effect.
