When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3, produced a proceeding from the third respondent dated 20.01.2026, stating that a patta had already been issued to 133 eligible beneficiaries residing in Survey No. 53/3, and that, as a result, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous.

2. Recording the above submissions, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, with liberty granted to the petitioner to work out his 2/4

remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
