This Writ Petition is being disposed of at the admission stage, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent, and after dispensing with notice to the private respondent, i.e., the second respondent herein, who appears to have erected an iron pole adjacent to the petitioner's property for transmitting the cable wire connection.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the first respondent submits that the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits, after issuing due notice to the second respondent.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2025 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing due notice to the second Page No. 2 of 4

respondent, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
