Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 3rd respondent proceedings Na.Ka.A1/08/2022, dated 19.06.2023 and quash the same as illegal and direct the third respondent to pay the compensation amount awarded for the well situated in Ingunur Village, S.F.No.250/6B and acquired from the petitioner for the Kauvery-Vaigai-Kundaru Interlinking Canal Scheme. ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 18.09.2023 to the Registry seeking permission to withdraw this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the matter appeared today under the caption "for withdrawal". He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
