This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to permanently transfer the petitioner's father Shaji, S/o.Appunadar (CT No.5667/PID No. 417162) who is presently confined in Central Prison, Palayamkottai, by considering the representation dated 28.04.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions submitted that the representation of the petitioner, dated 28.04.2025 has been considered and the

same has been rejected by the The Superintendent, Central Prison, Palayamkottai, vide order dated 25.07.2025.

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order, if so adviced. No costs.
