ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to give adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, while visiting his house property in Plot No.32 in Chella Tamil Nagar, Pitchandavar Temple, Manachanallur Taluk, Trichy District, for doing renovation work and maintain the property based on his complaint dated 23.01.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has purchased a house property in Plot No.32 at Chella Tamil Nagar, Pitchandavar Temple, Manachanallur Taluk, by way of a registered sale deed dated 01.09.2023 from one R.Seenivasan. The 3rd respondent, who was inducted as tenant by the petitioner's vendor, is not permitting the petitioner to enter into the house to ascertain the present condition of the building and to do the repair work. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 23.01.2024 before the respondent police. 2/4
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complainat was enquired by the respondent police and the same was closed as civil in nature, advising the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate Civil Forum.
4. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
