O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent to grant approval order for Elected Executive Management Committee of Valampuri Vaduganathan Higher Secondary School Society, Ponnamaravathy, based on the proposal sent by the petitioner dated 31.12.2020 and 28.07.2021 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that on 26.12.2020, there was a General Body meeting conducted and the petitioner was selected as the Secretary of the Valampuri Vaduganathan Higher Secondary School Society, Ponnamaravathy. Hence, the petitioner and other ex-officio members were taken charge with effect from 26.12.2020. Subsequently, on 31.12.2020, they sent a proposal to the third respondent for getting approval for the elected executive management committee. The same has 2/5

not been considered so far. Hence, this writ petition.

4. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate for the respondents that the proposal has already been returned by the respondents. If the petitioner resubmitted the said proposal with relevant documents and details, the same shall be considered on merits.

5. In view of the above said submission, the petitioner shall represent the proposal with relevant documents and details. On such representation, the respondents shall consider and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
