For Petitioner : Mr.H.Lakshmi Shankar For Respondent : Mr.Hari Narayanan Party-in-person COMMON ORDER Radha Maheswari and Hari Narayanan got married on 30.08.2007 at Trichy as per Hindu rites and customs. Two children were born through the wedlock. Their marital relationship came under strain. Radha Maheswari filed H.M.O.P.No.297 of 2016 on the file of Family Court, Trichy seeking restitution of conjugal rights. Hari Narayanan filed H.M.O.P.No.329 of 2017 seeking dissolution of the marriage. H.M.O.P.No.297 of 2016 was dismissed and 2/4
H.M.O.P.No.349 of 2017 was allowed vide common order dated 24.06.2019 by the Family Court, Trichy. Questioning the same, Radha Maheswari has filed C.M.A(MD)No.776 of 2021 and C.M.A(MD)No.777 of 2021. 2.Radha Maheswari as well as Hari Narayanan were present before us. Radha Maheswari was represented by the counsel. We had an interaction with her in person. She states that she does not want to pursue the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals. She has made an endorsement that she is withdrawing both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals.
3.Accordingly, both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
