ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondent to survey the property situated in Survey Nos.418/8A2 and 418/1A2A Sakkarakottai Group, Ramanathapuram Taluka, Ramanathapuram District by considering the petitioner's application No.2025/0123/27/005945/dated 27.05.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) who takes notice for the 3rd respondent.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/6

4. According to the petitioner, the subject property was purchased by him under a registered Sale Deed dated 05.07.2002. The Patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.4603. He submitted an online application on 27.05.2025 in kD vz;: 2025/0123/27/005945, seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the 4th respondent is making objection to survey of the subject property by claiming right over S.No.418/1A1A. Therefore, the survey process has not been carried out.

6. In the light of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 27.05.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of 3/6

receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, the 4th respondent and the other interested parties.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
