That the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the Principal District Judge, Dindigul, dated 14.03.2016 made in C.M.A. No.14 of 2015, confirming the Judgment and Decree of the Court of the Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul dated 22.07.2015 made in H.M.O.P. No.148 of 2014, be and hereby is confirmed and the Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is dismissed;

2. And that there be no costs in this Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal.
