ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in Cr.No.67 of 2020 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Kulithalai Police Station, Karur District, the 1st Respondent herein and quash the same.

2. Learned Government Advocate submitted that on 16.11.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, an interim order was passed by this Court, directing the respondent herein not to file final report till the disposal of this petition. But final report was filed on 02.03.2020 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.126 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai. This Court was not informed about the filing of the final report, so interim order was obtained.

3. In view of the development, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings, if they are aggrieved over the contents of the final report.

4. With this liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 29.11.2023 NCC :
