PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.1505/2023/A2 dated 08.08.2024 and quash the same as illegal and to direct the 4th respondent to conduct E-Tender after obtaining necessary permission from the 1st respondent as per Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act. ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order passed by the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.1505/2023/A2 dated 08.08.2024 and to direct the fourth respondent to conduct E-Tender after obtaining necessary permission from the first respondent as per Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the impugned tender 2/4
notification has been cancelled and a fresh tender was called for. It is further submitted that the petitioner also can participate in the said tender. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
