ORDER

The petitioner is A1 in Crime No.452 of 2025 on the file of the second respondent Police. The said case was registered for the offences under Sections 189(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 351(3) BNS, Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(v) of the Schedule Caste and Schedule Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. Therefore, the petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the II Additional District and Sessions Court (PCR Court), Tirunelveli to consider his bail application on the same day of his surrender. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submits that the petitioner has already been arrested in this case.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
