PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the 2nd respondent in RFL/Alangudi / 131/2025 dated 16.06.2025 and to quash the same and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed, dated 16.06.2025, presented for registration within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to quash impugned order, dated 16.06.2025 and consequently, to direct the 2nd respondent to register the sale deed dated 16.06.2025 presented for registration within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Through the impugned order, the respondents have stated that there is no DTCP plan approval.

3.It is seen that in the 4 boundaries, already an existing road is available which goes from Alangudi to Kulavaipatti and the existing road is vested with the local authority. Further, the petitioner has not created any new road. Therefore, the circular, dated 16.03.2020, is applicable. Based on the circular, the petitioner is entitled to the relief. 4.Hence, the impugned order is quashed and the respondents are directed to register the sale deed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
