Prayer : This petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2021 and consequently direct the fourth respondent not to threaten the petitioner to hand over the property which is the subject matter of suit in O.S.No.6 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif Court, Ambasamudram to the respondents 5 to 7 herein. This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to take action on the petitioner's representation, dated 13.10.2021 and consequently direct the fourth respondent not to threaten the petitioner to hand over the property which is the subject matter of suit in O.S.No.6 of 2021 on the file of District Munsif Court, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the enquiry was conducted by the third respondent and the same was closed.
