This Criminal Original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to Crime No. 107 of 2019 dated 01.09.2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thirumayam Police Station, Pudukottai District and quash the same as against the petitioners

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that after conducting investigation in Crime No. 107 of 2019, the respondent police has deleted the petitioner's name in the First Information Report and also filed an altered final report before the concerned jurisdictional Court.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
