By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2.The petitioner has applied for water service connection to his house, 11 years back. Inspite of repeated reminders, the respondents have not provided water connection. Finally, the petitioner made a representation on 15.07.2019 to the respondents seeking water connection, inspite of which, water connection has not been provided. Aggrieved over the non consideration of providing water service connection, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances, a direction is given to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.20563 of 2019 representation dated 15.07.2019, requesting to provide water connection to his house bearing Door No.4/77-3, Perungudi, Thirumogur, Madurai East Taluk, Madurai District, and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
