************* [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM.,J.] Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court. 2.The Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the notice of intended sale, on the ground that several properties owned by the Petitioner and his family are being brought for sale instead of bringing the properties for sale which would adequately service the outstanding loan, the property which worth about several crores is being sold. Unfortunately, sitting under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, we cannot interfere with the impugned sale notice. It is always open to the Petitioner to approach the respondent/ Bank to seek for sale of different property to discharge the entire loan and in the discretion of the Bank, it is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)NO.20479 OF 2019 up-to them to accept the same or to reject the same. On the grounds raised by the Petitioner, we are precluded from interfering with the impugned sale notice.

3.With the above observations, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
