ORDER
The petitioner, with a grievance that by way of proceedings initiated under Section 164 of BNSS, the petitioner has been prevented from entering into his land, has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conclude the proceeding initiated under Section 164 of BNSS within a time stipulated by this Court.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submits that the enquiry is going on and the same is posted for further hearing on 04.08.2025. 2/4
3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conclude the proceedings within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
