JUDGMENT

This Criminal Appeal is directed against the conviction and sentence imposed in S.C.No. 19 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Sivagangai.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent filed a memo along with death certificate stating that the sole appellant had died on 23.09.2018. The memo is recorded. The counsel for the appellant also present.
