ORDER

The above Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed by the petitioner/wife seeking to transfer the petition in HMOP.No.189 of 2019 filed by the respondent/husband for divorce on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam to the file of Sub Court, Ariyalur. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband, on instructions, would submit that the respondent has no objection to allow this petition.

3.Taking note of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the petition in HMOP.No.189 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Kumbakonam, is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of Sub Court, Ariyalur.
