ORDER

The petitioner herein is figuring as petitioner in a number of petitions filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Eraniel. Since the respondents in the said M.Ps happen to be advocates, the petitioner is having apprehensions for attending the court hearings. Therefore, this petition has been filed for being provided with police protection.

2. Access to Court and justice cannot be denied. The petitioner states that on earlier occasions, near the court entrance, he was threatened.

3. The learned Government Advocate states that the second respondent will afford sufficient police protection to the petitioner within the court campus on the hearing dates. The learned Judicial Magistrate Eraniel is also requested to club all https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

4. With this directions, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
