ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for modification of the conditions Nos.6, 6(b) and (c ) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.9810 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is under life threat in the Thanjavur District. Hence, he prays for modification of the abovementioned conditions.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated by the petitioner and considering the nature of offence, the condition Nos.6, 6(b) & (c ) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP (MD).No.9810 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025, is modified as follows:- ''6. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date on which the order copy made ready, before the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Trichy, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate No.6, Trichy, and on further condition that:

6 (b) The petitioner shall furnish his residential address and mobile number to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6 Trichy. In the event of any change in his residential address, the petitioner shall report the same to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.6, Trichy. 6(c ) The petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Trichy Cantonment Police Station, daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., until further orders.''

5. Further, one week time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions as imposed by this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
