Mr.S.Prakash, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in 1/3

Crl.OP(MD).No.5434 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the 1st petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and 2nd petitioner has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the 2nd petitioner has not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court dated 09.05.2025. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as against the 2nd petitioner. Further, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.5434 of 2025 dated 09.05.2025, is relaxed in respect of the 1st petitioner and the 1st petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
