This petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the 1st and 2nd respondents from disturbing the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the petitioner's property interfering into the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent pertaining to the property in S.No.400/1, for an extent of 1.36 acre situated at Sappaniyandhal Village, Pullamadai Group, Saveriarpattinam Post, Old Thiruvadanai Taluk, Now at Rajasingamangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P (MD) No.24180 of 2018 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent, the respondent police conducted enquiry and closed as the parties shall approach the civil Court for appropriate relief.

3.Recording the same, this writ petition is closed. However, the first respondent has no role to play in the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent and as such, the respondents 1 and 2 shall not interfere with the dispute between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
